Vasilis Georgiou, President
Mr. Georgiou has been the owner and president of CrossRoads for the past 7 years, where he established a distinguished track record of business transactions in a variety of industries, marketing and positioning enterprises for maximum value in the marketplace. As a co-owner of a national top rated Home Care agency, Mr. Georgiou has intimate knowledge and understanding of the inner workings of the HealthCare Services sector. As a former Senior Manager with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) with 20 years of experience and successful achievements in professional services, Mr. Georgiou has extensive experience working and advising small to mid-size businesses in a broad spectrum of industries.
Mr. Georgiou has a Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) certification from M&A Source, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) certification from the International Business Broker Association, and a Certified Business Broker certification from the California Business Broker Association. Mr. Georgiou holds an MBA from UC, Irvine, a BS.EE from Michigan State University, and is a licensed CA RE Broker.
Bill Horton
With a successful and distinguished track record in management and accounting, Bill has served as a president of a $40MM enterprise, as a Corporate Controller in a manufacturing company, as a Management Consultant, and as a Senior Business Transaction Intermediary. He is licensed in the state of CA, and has earned a B.A. in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
Mark Fernandez
With a successful and distinguished track record in management and business ownership, Mark has served in Senior Executive positions with several Manufacturing companies. He was the President and General Manager of National Signal, Inc., the General Manager of Flex-O-Lite, Inc., and the Plant Manager of A&E Systems, among others. He is licensed in the state of CA, holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Cal-State Long Beach.
Beverlee Sandy
With firsthand knowledge of business ownership for more than 15 years, Beverlee possesses a strong commitment to the entrepreneurial spirit. She founded a financial services firm and gained valuable managerial experience at an Internet startup and various retail companies. She has been involved in many very successful business acquisitions and sales and has spent the last several years advising Bay Area business owners and investors. Holds an MBA from the University Notre Dame, is a Certified Business Intermediary, and a Certified Financial Planner.
